1. Information we collect

• Information you provide directly — your name, email address, phone number, and any details you enter in the contact form or the "Request info" popup, including your market of interest, preferred contact method and message.

• Cookies and similar technologies — small files used to remember form-submission timing (for basic spam and rate-limit protection) and, if analytics are enabled, to understand site usage in aggregate.

Information submitted through this Site is used to respond to your inquiry, provide requested valuations or property information, follow up about buying, selling or relocating between California and Nevada, and — where you've agreed to it — to contact you by phone, text or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service, and you may reply "STOP" to opt out of text messages at any time or contact us directly using the information in Section 9.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared with:

• Jola Mohan's supervising brokerage, as required for compliance, transaction coordination and recordkeeping;
• service providers who help operate this Site or deliver email (for example, hosting and mail-delivery providers), under obligations to protect your information;
• multiple listing services (MLS) and affiliated real estate platforms, where necessary to provide the property information or valuation you requested;
• third parties when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Jola Mohan, her clients, or others.

5. Your privacy choices

You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting us using the details in Section 9. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — which, again, we do not do. To exercise any of these rights, contact us as described below; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information submitted through this Site, including sanitized form handling and rate-limiting to reduce spam and abuse. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Third-party links

This Site links to third-party platforms, including Zillow, Facebook and About.me. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

8. Children's privacy

This Site is intended for adults seeking real estate services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
